WATER AS A MIRROR TO THE CITY: WATERFRONTS

On 7 September 2017, the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship (Province) Marshal's Office, in partnership with the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, for the first time organised field workshops in the form of a science and local government conference. Held since 2007, these meetings address the subjects of water management in multiple aspects. They are a place for discussions on new solutions to revitalise Polish rivers, enliven the inland shipping sector and develop riverfront areas. Each year, the workshops are held at a different section of the Vistula.
