Personal data is processed for the purpose of keeping a correspondence register (receiving correspondence and replying to it).
The basis for the processing of personal data is the legally justified purpose pursued by the data controller.
Personal data will be transferred to other recipients, i.e.: partners providing technical services, telecommunication companies, companies providing hosting services, postal operators, carriers, companies printing or handling correspondence.
The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organisation, including those for which the European Commission has declared an adequate level of protection.
Period for which personal data will be stored: depending on the nature of the correspondence, for the period of mandatory record keeping, determined in accordance with separate regulations.
Everyone shall have the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning them, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or the right to object to processing, unless the correspondence concerns the establishment, assertion or defence of claims.
Everyone shall have the right to lodge a complaint to the Polish supervisory authority or to the supervisory authority of another Member State of the European Union competent for the place of habitual residence or work or for the place of the alleged breach of the GDPR.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary in order to register the correspondence and respond to it, as well as to react to a request, if the correspondence contains such a request.
If the data are not provided, the correspondence will not be processed.
No automated decisions are taken in the context of keeping the register of correspondence (accepting and replying to correspondence).
