Since the end of this August, the Polish section of the E70 International Waterway has been promoted in social media as part of an advertising campaign.
At the end of this May, an agreement was signed with an entity running a travel blog and social media channels. Its subject is to carry out a campaign promoting and advertising the International Waterway E70 in the area of Poland on websites and channels operated by the service contractor.
As part of the contract, the contractor undertook to sail on a houseboat to destinations in five voivodeships within the IWW E70 in order to promote them in 2-3-day cycles. This way, social media users visiting Facebook, Instagram or Youtube will learn about the existence of the waterway, its benefits, opportunities and tourism potential. Posts, photo and video reports show and describe its actual state, while stimulating viewers to spend their time in an interesting and active way.
