On 21-23 October 2022, the latest TOUR SALON fair took place at the Poznań International Fair site. As usual, among the exhibitors was the International Waterway E70.
During the three fair days, one could take advantage of a broad exhibition offer and an interesting program of events related to new directions in vacation and weekend travel.
Among the exhibitors could be found the interesting propositions of many organisations and companies, as well as cities, municipalities, counties, and those offering tourist services. There was also the chance to listen to the travel reports of well-known globetrotters.
The IWW E70 stand stirred great interest among visitors, and the conversations with experienced water sportsmen and enthusiasts of leisure on the water further strengthened our conviction that International Waterway E70 and its picturesque and varied Polish section is a wonderful idea for a holiday.
Guests could obtain practical maps depicting the Polish section of IWW E70 including the: Odra, Warta, Noteć, Bydgoszcz Canal, Brda, Vistula, Nogat, Szkarpawa, Elbląg and Vistula Lagoon, but also other publications, including the “Guide for Boaters”, which was jointly written by a team of authors consisting of representatives of five voivodeships: Lubuskie, Wielkopolskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie, who agreed to collaborate in the promotion and use of this route mainly for the purpose of water tourism. Visitors to our stand could obtain information on possibilities of going down the Polish section of IWW E70.
At the same time as the Tour Salon fair, the Caravans Salon Poland fair was held, attracting enthusiasts of camper-trailer tourism.
The fairs were also accompanied by the Travel Festival – Dream Trails – a site of inspiration for many travellers, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year.
